- Do Not Mount on Dirty or Treated Surfaces – Do not install on surfaces that have been treated with oils or protectants (like Armor All) or have visible dirt and stains. These will prevent the suction from adhering properly.
- Never Install on Curved Dashboards – Suction cups and adhesive pads are designed only for flat, non-porous surfaces. Neither will hold securely on curved or heavily sloped dashboards. Never place it over seams, joints, slopes, textured, or uneven areas.
- Adhesive Pad Use is Rare – The included 3M pad is only for real leather or heavily textured dashboards. Do not use on soft-touch, smooth, or curved surfaces. One-Time Use Adhesive – If using the 3M pad, press and hold for 30–60 seconds, then wait at least 36–72 hours before mounting. Do not attempt to reuse or reposition the pad.
